Rev. David Lehmberg was a retired member of the California-Pacific Annual Conference. In Memoriam: Rev. David Lehmberg The Episcopal Office and The Board of Pensions In a previous announcement, the names of Rev. Lehmberg's spouse (Rachael) and child (Kim) were incorrect.  We sincerely regret this error. It is with sadness that we inform you of the death of Rev. David Lehmberg, a retired member of the California-Pacific Annual Conference, on December 18, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Rachael, children, Kim, Mike, Greg, Sharon, Randy and Robert, and eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
