You You Need Three Things
It is the same for individuals and organizations – if you want to arrive at a better destination you need three things.

1. A Clear Goal. “Better”, “more” and “stronger” are not clear goals. Be specific. How much better? How many more? How much stronger? Paint a clear and comprehensive picture of your preferred future. You are unlikely to reach your goals if you move on without being clear about them.
2. A Comprehensive Plan. It is great to know that we want to get from Point A to Point B but successfully getting there requires more information. What steps are we going to take? Where are we not going to go? In what order will we do things? How will we overcome the inevitable challenges?
3. The Will to Act. Many organizations have created for themselves or worked with a consultant to clarify their goals and the steps it would take to accomplish them. They have been stymied, however, because they struggled with the will to act. They liked the goal but liked harmony more. They understood the plan but resisted the change it would bring. It comes down to the difference between knowledge and wisdom – knowledge is knowing what to do; wisdom is knowing what to do and actually doing it.Think about the organization in which you serve. How many of these three things are present? Which one is most likely to block your path to success? What are you willing to do in order to have all three in place?

Seniors and others who no longer drive but do not want to be stuck at home or dependent on others
The visually impaired who can now be even more independent

Those who anticipate having a couple of drinks while they are out and want to be responsible and not place others at risk
