Barbara Borgelt has been admitted to Shawnee Mission Medical Center.
She showed up today on Linda Miller's unit, and gave Linda permission to let me alert the class.
Barbara was admitted for a kidney stone.
She says she's not feeling well and is not up for visitors. So hold back on that, if you would. I'll keep you posted, as she allows.
Linda worked the 12-hour overnight shift and then spent a little time with Barbara this morning, and prayed with her.
Linda is now on her way to Belton Hospital, to see her mother who was admitted with trouble breathing.
Afterward, Linda plans to double back to Shawnee Mission Medical Center to see how Barbara is doing. So I may be able to give you an update later today.
Keep Barbara on your mind and in your prayers today. Some of us believe that prayer opens extra pipelines from heaven, allowing God to pour more grace on the people who need it most.
However prayer works, it does seem to make a difference. So go ahead, speak the words that make things happen.
