Queen Esther Camp

Camp Scholarship Update
PazNaz Kids would like to thank those who gave camp scholarships this year. Your abundant donations allowed PazNaz Kids to also rent a charter bus to hold 57 of the 67 people going to camp. Again, many thanks for investing in the kids at PazNaz.
Summer Block Party

Do summer right by coming to PazNaz's Summer Block Party on Wednesday nights. Each week this summer, PazNaz will be hosting fun, intergenerational evenings for you to enjoy. The fun continues on Wednesday, July 16, at 6:30 pm with Chalk Night at PazNaz. Don't miss this time of fellowship with free dinner and a movie for young adults at PazNaz! The fun continues Thursday, July 17, takes a break on July 25, but then picks up again each week until August 28 from 6:30 - 9:00 pm in Room 112, Lower Sanctuary. Annual Fall Trip
If you are age 55 or better, you won't want to miss the PrimeTime Fall Trip to St. Louis & Branson, Missouri on November 4-11. The cost is $1,500 for a double occupancy room, with single occupancy rooms also available. A $500 deposit is due soon. Contact Karen Burruss with any questions at 626.351.2426.

Summer Study
A four week DVD series featuring Caroline Leaf called "Your Body, His Temple: God's Plan for Achieving Emotional Wholeness," is coming to Tuesdays mornings starting July 8 at 9:30 am in Gilmore Hall. FUN:101 - Tea Party
Throughout the summer, Women's Ministries will be hosting a variety of fun events for girlfriends. On Wednesday, July 23, from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm you can bring a friend or meet a new one and enjoy tea, tea sandwiches, scones, and dessert at the Four Seasons Tea Room (75 North Baldwin Avenue, Sierra Madre, 91024). July Birthday Brunch
Birthday Brunches are back! Each month Women's Ministries wants to celebrate birthdays with a special brunch hosted at Pastor Scott & Debbie Daniels' home. Ladies, if your birthday is in July, join the group on Saturday, July 26, from 10:30 am - Noon and dress for the outdoors. Testimony and Praise
Join your Girlfriends for this refreshing evening of testimonies from PazNaz ladies and a time of worship on Friday, August 1, from 7:00-9:00 pm in Lee Chapel. Destination Unknown
Jr. and Sr. High students are invited to one of the most anticipated events of the year! This mystery trip will take place August 3-8 and the cost will be $300 per person. Registration forms and a $150 deposit are due by Sunday, July 20. There are a limited number of spots available, so turn in forms and money as soon as possible! Vacation Bible School
Coming in July for PazNaz and Valley Center
A new intergenerational event designed to appeal to both adults and kids. This fun, free time will be July 21-24 at PazNaz and July 28-30 at Valley Center from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. This year's theme is Wilderness Escape: Where God Guides & Provides. Make sure to register online at www.paznaz.mycustomevent.com. Healing Rooms
On Hiatus in July & August; Returning September 6
The Healing Rooms will not meet on July 19 or during the month of August, but will return Saturday, September 6, from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm for a time of prayer. Teams of 2 or 3 volunteers will pray with people for healing or any other personal needs. The Healing Rooms will be located in Room 112, Lower Sanctuary. If you can't make it that week, the Healing Rooms will be available every first and third Saturday of the month starting in September. Don't miss your chance to participate in PazNaz's Back to School Supply Drive benefitting Field Elementary School & PazNaz's Community Partners through August 10. You can pick up a list of needed supplies from the patio on Sundays or from the church office during the week.
