Psalm 93:
Adonai is king, robed in majesty;
Adonai is robed, girded with strength;
The world is well established;
it cannot be moved.
2 Your throne was established long ago;
you have existed forever.
3 Adonai, the deep is raising up,
the deep is raising up its voice,
the deep is raising its crashing waves.
4 More than the sound of rushing waters
or the mighty breakers of the sea,
Adonai on high is mighty.
5 Your instructions are very sure;
holiness befits your house,

This psalm is a hymn of praise and is part of a collection of psalms known as "enthronement psalms" (Psalms 47; 93; 95-99).
This psalm was no doubt sung on special Sabbath festivals both as praise to the Lord and as a reminder to the Hebrews that their God was sovereign of all creation.
As the psalmist reminds us, it is in the beauty of creation that we see God's majesty. I am blessed to live near the Rocky Mountains and I am able to spend a great deal of time surrounded by the beauty of God's creation. But no matter where you live God's majesty surrounds you. And our Lord and King reigns eternal.
Majestic King, we see you in roaring waves, majestic mountains, and a quiet lake. Help us to know and love not only the creation, but also the creator of all that is and was and is to come. Amen.

As the psalmist reminds us, it is in the beauty of creation that we see God's majesty.
