CARE NIGHT WEEKLY - What's Happening This Week at Resurrection Care Night

1/28/16-Joy Starts Here-This class will be led by Rev. Wendy Lyons Chrostek and James Cochran, LPC. Come and learn science-based skills that will help introduce joy into your life and relationships. NOTE: Class will not meet during Spring Break and Holy week (3/17 and 3/24) Joy Starts Here will meet in room B206 from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm Registration is required.
1/28/16-Live Well-This eight week class is designed for anyone who is struggling with depression or anxiety. Live Well Room assignments will be handed out on 1/28/16 in room C141. Classes are from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm. Registration is required.

We are taking three weeks to look more closely into what makes us tick. Our habits have a particular function to protect a deeper hurt. Learn what protectors you use and why they got their job in the first place. Learning your protectors will help find the strongholds in your recovery.

Coming Soon - Thursday January 21- Join RezVets to learn about Benilde Hall, which began providing transitional housing and substance abuse treatment to indigent homeless men in 1993. Since its inception nearly 3000 men, many of them veterans, have received housing and treatment.
