As we celebrate the 8th anniversary of my new life, my second chance, I am overcome by a mix of emotions, yet gratitude remains. In 2nd Corinthians Paul says God gives us comfort, not so we might be comfortable, but so we might give it to others in need--"hope it forward"--and in so doing that they may know our God of comfort, our God of hope.
