In honor of 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, the San Diego Public Library’s Out of The Shadows program, together with, STAT! Soroptimists Together Against Trafficking, are honored to present Laura E. Duffy, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California to speak following the screening of SOLD on the Link Between Sex-Tourism and Human Trafficking on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the San Diego Central Library in the Neil Morgan Auditorium located at330 Park Blvd. San Diego, CA 92101. The event is free to the public and sponsored by Florence Zahn, of the Moxie Foundation and the San Diego Public Library.
Check-in is from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. The screening of SOLD is from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. U.S. Attorney, Laura E. Duffy will speak on the Link Between Sex-Tourism & Human Trafficking from 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
PARKING: Underground parking is located at Park Blvd. and 11th Avenue, near Petco Park. The first two hours are free with validation. Validation is available in the first floor lobby.
