grow in grace by Cathe Laurie “Grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”(2 Peter 3:18) Who doesn't want to grow? As most things that are worthwhile and good in our lives, growth is a process that takes time. A fruitful garden requires planning, attention, and patience! Our spiritual lives are like a garden too. How I would love to simply type in a search for Amazon Fresh, fill in my order for the fruit of the Holy Spirit, click, and then simply wait for that cute green truck to pull up and deliver the goods to my doorstep, all without lifting a finger! But that isn't how growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord works.t’s more like a real garden that requires deliberate planning, watering, pruning, and watchful care before you get to harvest and enjoy that sweet fruit. And that is why we here at the Virtue* women’s ministry are committed to help you transform your spiritual life into a beautiful garden!
So when you look at your life, do you see good things growing? Now, granted, these changes come slowly, just as fruit grows slowly…but the goal of the Master Gardener is that He wants us to produce fruit in our lives and savor together the sweetness of His plan.
If you want to meet other girls that want to grow spiritually this year, I pray you will consider joining us at Virtue*. We have some exciting things to looking forward to!

When we refuse to obey the Lord, we miss out on God's rich blessings—and so do those around us. Pastor Greg deals with this in his brand-new book, A Fresh Look at the Book of Jonah. It's our gift to you this month for your generous support ofHarvest Ministries.
