Sunday's session:
Play it again, Robert
Sunday
4.19. Robert Ladd, Robert will be playing some music and we'll be doing some talking about it.
Upcoming:
4.26. Steve Miller. The Bible’s surprising #1 commandment: Don’t be afraid
Scripture: 2 Timothy 1:7; Isaiah 41:10; 1 John 4:18; Philippians 4:6
Scripture: 2 Timothy 1:7 For God gave us a Spirit who produces not timidity, but power, love and self-discipline.
Isaiah 41:10 Don’t be afraid, for I am with you;
don’t be distressed, for I am your God.
I give you strength, I give you help,
I support you with my victorious right hand.
1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love. On the contrary, love that has achieved its goal gets rid of fear, because fear has to do with punishment; the person who keeps fearing has not been brought to maturity in regard to love.
Philippians 4:6 Don’t worry about anything; on the contrary, make your requests known to God by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving.

We're back
Linda, Becca, and I are back from our spur-of-the-moment trip to Ohio and then on to West Virginia for the funeral of Uncle Henry, my mom's little brother.
Thanks for your concern and your prayers.
Next time, pray harder on the weekend. You can read about it here: Christian vs. a flat tire.
See you on Sunday. I'm looking forward to Robert Ladd leading the session on music. He loves music and it'll show.
I've been wanting a hat like my Grandpa Miller used to wear. So I bought one. People didn't use to talk to me much when I walked Buddy the Dog. Now, almost nobody doesn't say hello. Does a hat make that much difference?
