The Wesleyan Church of Indianapolis, Indiana, United States with Santes Beatty for Friday, 1 September 2017 "2 Free Leadership Tools"

Do you need some tools for you or your team to engage some of the most divisive issues in our society? We wanted to offer two opportunities for our Wesleyan pastors and leaders that are both free and available online. You are welcome to join us individually, with your small group, LBA or your team. Check out the detailed info below.
Option #1: Multiethnic Conversations Learning Lab
This ten week learning lab begins on Tuesday, September 19 from 12 pm – 1 pm (EST) and uses the book Multiethnic Conversations, a powerful resource that is a proven catalyst for transforming Christian minds, attitudes, and actions to enthusiastically embrace the sound theology and ecclesiology. For us this is not just a diversity issue, but a discipleship and multiplication issue for all Christ followers. Structured with eight weeks of daily readings and thought-provoking questions that are bookended with an intro session and a final session focused on next steps for you and your team. This attractive and accessible workbook is an excellent facilitator for engaging open and authentic group discussion in the local church and beyond. To register for this lab for ten Tuesdays from 12 pm – 1 pm (EST) use this link:www.tinyurl.com/MEConversations

Option #2: Multiethnic Leadership Cohort
This curriculum is drawn from the 3rd Multiethnic Church Conference led by Mosaix Global Network and will be four engaging sessions on the 3rd Thursdays this fall beginning on September 21 from 7 - 8:30 pm (EST). Our topics will be 1) Overcoming Racial Divides - Sept. 21; 2) Planting and Building Healthy Multiethnic Churches - Oct. 19; 3) Justice as Intrinsic to the Gospel - Nov. 16 and 4) Disruptive Community Engagement - Dec. 21. Come hear from leading practitioners from across North America and have dialogue with your peers. Each session has a little prep and post work so that you can take what you learn back to your current context. To register for these four sessions on the 3rd Tuesdays from 7 – 8:30 pm (EST) use this link www.tinyurl.com/MELeadershipCohort
