Hello! As the new Lausanne Regional Director for North America, I'd like to share with you my excitement for this next era of gospel innovation and outreach in North America!
In the coming months, you will be hearing from me as we build out our strategy to work in groups on missional issues related to the North American context, in collaboration with the Lausanne issue networks. It is my hope that each of you will find ways to engage with us moving forward and that, together, we will find ways to engage all of our collective wisdom and passion for the sake of the growth of the gospel in our region today. One of my goals is to find creative ways we can work together around our own areas of interest to see more people reached with the good news of the gospel.
More on all of this later, but for now, I would like to invite you to a very important gathering called Amplify 2018 that will be held June 26-28, 2018 in Naperville, IL, in the Chicago area.
Amplify 2018 is a regional evangelism conference that will also serve as the Lausanne North America Regional Gathering. We are inviting speakers such as Luis Palau, Miles McPherson, Danielle Strickland, Nick Hall, Tom Lin, Steve Carter, Laurel Bunker, Krish Kandiah, Scott Chapman, and more.
Michael Oh will also be joining me on stage for a Q&A, and we will be hosting a special Lausanne gathering during the conference where you can reunite and reengage with others in Lausanne North America.
