John Michael Talbot just finished a very successful ministry in California. There have been several request to return. He is looking at October/November 2015! Are you interested in discussing hosting him at your church?
"God gave me a vision of itinerant ministry walking on foot from parish to parish in a time of great need in our culture. I believe that our current Ministry is fulfilling that vision. The Catholic Church has nearly died in recent years, but God is raising us to new life in Christ if we will but accept it.
"We are rebuilding the church one parish at a time, and renewing hearts one life at a time!"

Ministry Overview
A ministry by John Michael Talbot is a life-changing event for many people. We hear this after most events.
John Michael has a unique ability to engage and inspire people who would not normally come to an event at your Church. Often it is the spouse or teenager who was dragged along that has the most powerful experience. The event needs to be promoted as something very different...Because it is.
We tailor the various formats to meet your parish needs: ticketed 9 am-1:30pm Saturday workshop or ticketed 2-hour concert.
Ministry Goal
John Michael speaks at a limited number of events each year, and as such, we seek to make the greatest impact possible at each event.
The ministry consists of a series of motivational speaking sessions with inspirational music and humor leading to deep prayer and meditation presented by John Michael Talbot that help attendees get a thorough look at where they are in their lives, personally and spiritually, enabling them to better love, live and share the Catholic faith in a more dynamic way than ever before.
The goal is to inspire and educate people to become the-best-version-of-themselves as faithful followers of Jesus from the Catholic tradition. John Michael brings the teaching of the Church from the authority of his life as a Founder and General Minister of the Brothers and Sisters of Charity and 37 years of music and teaching in parishes. It is applicable to every one!
Finances
It is important to be clear that John Michael volunteers his time to do these events and does not receive any financial compensation for attending and presenting at your church.
The stipends all go toward furthering the work of the various ministries of John Michael Talbot and Brothers and Sisters of Charity. Currently, these include spiritual resources of books, CDs, DVDs, TV and radio programing, monasteries in Arkansas and Texas, and a retreat center in Arkansas.
Historically, our community has founded a food bank, free medical clinic, a thrift store, an orphanage and continues to support them and our local parishes.
We do ask you to cover our expenses on a pro-rata share for the tour.
My Job - Event Coordinator
John Michael spends more than nine months on the road every year serving the Church in the United States and abroad. My job is to make sure that we (your team and our team) are good stewards of his time and talents. God has entrusted John Michael with an incredible ability to inspire the people of our age to explore the genius of Catholicism, but with that gift comes a great many burdens. Burdens I suspect that you and I cannot imagine.
My job is to make sure that every event to which we commit is a good use of John Michael's time and talents. This is my first concern in all things because I know this is the best thing I can do to ensure that as many people as possible are touched by this message.
At the same, and with that in mind, my job is to assist and to guide you and your team as you endeavor to promote and host a great event. At times I may need to encourage you, and at other times I may need to hold you accountable to this document and the process it represents. I would ask you to keep in mind in every instance that we are not doing this for each other, we are not doing this for John Michael; we are doing this for God, the Church, and those whose lives will be significantly impacted by this event.
I look forward to working with you. Over the years, I have developed many fantastic friendships with people who have hosted events at parishes, and I can truly say that those friendships are one of the most rewarding aspects of my job.
