"Trust Yourself"
When I trust myself in my walk with God, rather than try to "do what someone else has done or is doing, I find it liberating, and I also sense God's pleasure in that. My sense is that God connects with us in a way similar to how Jan and I parented and now Grand parent (hopefully we learned it from God in the first place): we tried/try to discern the unique inner heart of those we love and touch them there and find ways for that part to flourish.
Similarly, I believe, God connects with your inner being, your uniqueness, and together you and God help you grow more fully into the person God created you to be, and your spirit flourishes, and your love for God blossoms and develops. And you are free to delight in God, with ever increasing joy.
