"Easter: Day 4" for Wednesday, 28 March 2018 -
Rest
Take this day for reflection. Good Friday is coming. Take more time than you usually would to sit and think about what Christ has done for you, and what it took for him to do it. Often we say we're grateful for his sacrifice, but our actions prove otherwise. Make this year different. Spend time truly trying to understand the magnitude of what Christ accomplished for you on the cross. We may not be able to grasp all of it, but that shouldn't stop us from spending time to dwell on it.

"Plenty"
"But that is the time to be careful! Beware that in your plenty you do not forget the LORD your God and disobey his commands, regulations, and decrees that I am giving you today. For when you have become full and prosperous and have built fine homes to live in, and when your flocks and herds have become very large and your silver and gold have multiplied along with everything else, be careful!" (Deuteronomy 8:11-13)Why do these verses caution us so strongly?
What are some ways you can be careful not to let money rule your life?

"The Only Giver"
"The peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don't be troubled or afraid." (John 14:27)
How do you recognize the peace Jesus gives?
