Next Immigrants' Journey Learning Lab begins September 14
While polarizing propaganda that dehumanizes migrants fills our media sources, we invite you to join us as we immerse into the Immigrants' Journey. Learn the complexities of immigration and be trained in our TGIP peacemaking framework in our 8-week online "Understanding Phase" starting September 14. Then spend 3 days on the ground in the borderlands of San Diego and Tijuana (November 13-15) learning from Mexican and USAmerican peacemakers who have given their lives to this issue.
In this Learning Lab, you will:
1. Be trained in the four practices of Everyday Peacemaking.
2. Understand the complexities of immigration from theological, social, relational, and political perspectives.
3. Become mobilized to accompany the migrant families in your own contexts.
