Hierarchy has a top and a bottom where the best are at the top and the least good or the worst are at the bottom. The body is the place where everybody finds their place. Is humanity called to be a body or is it called to be a hierarchy? If it's a hierarchy, we're in a world of struggles and conflicts because each wants to get higher. We have to move up the ladder. If it's a body, then each one will find their place. Even the littlest and the weakest will find their place and we can rejoice together.[Jean Vanier]
