Upcoming Events:
Tomorrow, Saturday, November 2nd: Homeless Breakfast - 8 - 10am, join us as we minister to the homeless of OB, we will be serving breakfast, distributing clothes, providing a message from God's Word. This is a great opportunity for the Homeless to experience the love of God. If you want to help out, the breakfast is at Trinity Episcopal church in OB: 2083 Sunset Cliffs Blvd.
Saturday, November 9th: OB Skate Park Gardening from 9 - 11 am- join us as we spruce up the flower beds at the OB Skate Park. You can sign up online or at the Guest Services area at the OB or PB Campus.
Tuesday, November 26th: Thanksgiving Farmer's Market - 6 - 8 pm at the OB Campus, we will be inviting 10 low income families from Crown Point Elementary and OB Elementary to be our guests at a Thanksgiving Farmer's Market where they can shop free of charge for their Thanksgiving meal. We need your help to make this possible by donating the items needed. You can sign up at the Guest Services Table at one of our Coastal Campuses. Here is a list of the items we will need:
25.00 Gift Cards for Turkeys (Von's or Sprouts only)
Potatoes
Yams/sweet potatoes (fresh)
Green Beans (fresh or canned)
gravy
rolls, butter and jelly
salad items: lettuce, red onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes (or pre-packaged)
relish items: canned olives, pickles, carrots, celery
Pies (store bought only)
apple cider
sparkling cider
brown sugar
Baking tins (all sizes)
festive plates, napkins, plastic ware, cups
This weekend we will be starting a new series: Sacred, I hope you can make it to one of our services.
