"God's Majesty"
Last Tuesday, we drove to Mount Rainier National Park. Oh my! The closer we got to that mountain the larger it got; the more majestic it became, sometimes shrouded in clouds and mystery, sometimes partially so, sometimes in brilliant clarity. My journey with God is similar: the closer I get to God, the greater, larger, more majestic God becomes! And so increases my sense of reverence and awe and love for God. Why would this God choose to love me, enfold me, forgive me, even bother with me, but God does! And I love Him for it; don't you? And I want to live my life in response to God's love; don't you? And each day is a time of discerning what exactly that will be, today, 10 years from now, forever - in loving praise of God.
