Sunday 4th September at London Olympic Park
Parallel London is the first fully inclusive and accessible push/run for all to run, walk, wheel, push or be pushed – anything goes! Take your place on the start line at the iconic Olympic Park exactly four years on from the London Paralympics. All ages. All abilities. No cut-off times. No excuses!
There will also be a family festival celebrating the very best in accessible attractions, from the fun and quirky to the ground-breaking and life-changing.

The first 100 miles of Jessica's Journey finishes at Ilkley on Saturday 13th August. The next event will be the 10k sponsored walk in Geneva, donations for both are very welcome at

The Geneva walk will be followed by the auction of wonderful items donated by some of the world's top sports people. All proceeds from both walks and the auction will be used towards another activity weekend for DHG young adults.
Penny Green, DHG Director, will be walking the final few miles to Ilkley and all 10k of the Geneva route and is also fundraising through

DHG grandad, Bill Packman and his friends Sam Kent, Raymond Smith, Tommy Lee and Ned Kelly undertook a gruelling cross fell walk in July. The full story will appear in the next newsletter.
