Focused attention on a word, phrase, or passage to achieve calm & peace.

LECTIO DIVINA

Listening to scripture read aloud in order to allow God to lead the conversation.

CENTERING PRAYER

Using a sacred word or phrase to enhance the ability to rest in God.

CONTEMPLATIVE PRAYER

Becoming the prayer.

We meet the 3rd Saturday morning of each month in Trotter Chapel from 9-10 am.
