Saint Paul Alum Activities
As fellow alums, I'm sure that you want to keep in touch. God has done amazing things through our lives and ministries. Let's get together to share and celebrate!
Graduates from: 1969, 1971, 1973, 1976, 1980, 1983, 1985 have RSVP'd that they are definitely or probably coming. We have a lot of classes yet to hear from. Please contact your old classmates and join us!
May 19th-All Alum Reunion
Schedule for the Day
10-10:30 a.m.
Gather to Volunteer
Gather at 5123 Truman Road Kansas City, MO 64127 to volunteer at the Guadalupe Center. We will be working in the yard and library.
Noon
Community Meal, Presentation, Tour
Box lunch at the Holter Center followed by a presentation by a Guadalupe Center leader. There will be time to share stories and tour the campus. Dr. Sondra Matthaei will attend the lunch.
1:30 p.m.
Complete Volunteer Projects
Complete volunteer tasks and adjourn.
3:30-5:00 p.m.
Tour Buildings
Fox Hill offices and the Saint Paul: Resurrection campus will be open for tours.
5:30 p.m.
Social Gathering with Faculty and Friends
Social gathering at Espirito do Sul, 11900 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, KS 66213
Tex Sample, Jeanne Hoeft, Hal Knight, Mike Graves, Angela Sims, Nancy Howell and many other current and former faculty and staff (watch as more names shared!). Saint Paul will provide appetizers, tea and water. A $15 registration fee will help defray costs.
Accommodations are available at Chase Suite Hotel, Pear Tree Inn, and Drury Inn in Overland Park with a Saint Paul rate. Learn more about lodging at http://www.spst.edu/housing.
May 20th-Saint Paul Commencement and Luncheon
Gather once more for Commencement the next morning at 11:00 a.m. to honor and celebrate our new graduates. Saint Paul alum Congressman Emanuel Cleaver II will be the speaker. A luncheon will follow.
