Pentecost Sunday. Are you holding your breath, waiting to find the right one - the one to fulfill you? The truth is, we're all waiting on something. Jesus told the disciples to wait on the Holy Spirit. They were waiting to be filled by the One who would give them the power to exhale. When they exhaled, people were blessed. It's time for us to stop holding our breath, stop waiting on things to be just right, waiting on somebody or something. Stop holding your breath. Stop "Waiting to Exhale." Receive the Holy Spirit, then breathe again - exhale! Join us Sunday, May 15th as we celebrate the birth of the church. Worship with us at 8 a.m. or 11 a.m. at the Paseo Campus and 10 a.m. at the Renaissance Campus.
Combined Outdoor Worship. Sunday, June 26 at 10:00 a.m., the Paseo and Renaissance Campuses will come together for one outdoor worship. Worshipers at both locations are encouraged to attend as we worship as one body. The dress is casual. We will wear our 2016 Next GenerationSunday t-shirts, so order your shirts soon. Immediately following worship, we will have a cookout, fun and games. Contact Claudia Smith at 816-966-9850 or Bessie Webb at mcintosh194773@yahoo.com to volunteer.
