Dear Friends and Neighbors,
It's hard for me to believe, but this is my last newsletter as a member of the state Assembly. On December 5th, I will be sworn in as the next state senator representing District 39, and I wanted to leave you with some final thoughts and a rundown of holiday events in the 78th Assembly District. Was happy to present the family and close friends of the fabulous local blues and swing artist Candye Kane with a state Assembly resolution in her honor. Tragically, we lost Candye in May to cancer, but we were able to celebrate her in November during the week she would have turned 55.
