A few times each year the Henri Nouwen Society reaches out to thank you for your faithful friendship and to solicit your support.
Our work around the world depends on the generosity of those who, like you, recognize that Henri Nouwen's influence is timeless; he has much to say and to contribute to the lives of everyone who seeks a deeper, more meaningful relationship with God and with each other. It heartens us to know that Henri's words resonate to the very depth of people's hearts.
Considering the current times, Henri's words carry even more weight today than when he first wrote them: "There can be no hope without a promise. And we are invited to live with a promise in which God says, 'I will fulfill the deepest needs of your heart.'"
