The success of our epic events like, Outdoor Worship Celebration, require the helping hands of many in our church family.
Volunteers are needed to help with several tasks related to our worship celebration. Please see the schedule below and contact Byron Whitmore at 816-863-0595 to volunteer.
SETUP
Thursday, June 1st
4 p.m. - 40 Acres Campus (7620 E 79th St, KCMO 64138)
Volunteers Needed: 5
Tasks: Load supplies and equipment
Saturday, June 3rd
11:00 a.m. - Paseo Campus (5540 Wayne Ave, KCMO 64110)
Tasks: Load supplies and equipment
Volunteers Needed: 15
12:30 p.m. - Renaissance Campus (7205 Longview Rd, KCMO 64134)
Tasks: Set up tables, chairs, equipment, etc.
Volunteers Needed: 15
Sunday, June 4th
7:00 a.m. - Renaissance Campus (7205 Longview Rd, KCMO 64134)Tasks: parking assistance, event setup
Volunteers Needed: 25
12:30 p.m. (or immediately following benediction)
Tasks: Setup tables and chairs for eating
2:00 p.m.
Tasks: clean up grounds, breakdown tables, reload truck
Volunteers Needed: ALL ABLE HANDS
Monday, June 5th
4:00 p.m. - Paseo Campus (5540 Wayne Ave, KCMO 64110)
Tasks: unload truck and return furnishings/equipment
COOK OUT
Sunday, June 4th
11:30 a.m. -
Tasks: Serve Food and ensure food and supplies are stocked
Volunteers Needed: 15

Don't forget, we will have a combined outdoor worship celebration this Sunday, June 4 at 10:00 a.m. at our Renaissance Campus. Worship will not be held at the Paseo Campus. Activities for children ages 1-10 will be indoors in the Kidz Zone. Please arrive early enough to park and make your way to the tent. We are worshipping outdoors, so please dress for comfort.
Please note: communion will take place near the beginning of worship so plan accordingly.
