There are several locations to choose from and you can sign up on the patio on Sundays through September 28. Christmas Auditions Tuesday and Thursday, September 23 & 25 You're invited to audition for this year's Christmas presentation, The Best Christmas Ever! Auditions will be held on Tuesday and Thursday, September 23 & 25, from 6:30 - 8:00 pm in Lee Chapel. This is a large ensemble piece and will rehearse in October and November for performances on December 12, 13, & 14. For more information contact Callie Radke at cradke@paznaz.org. Sensory Room Open House Sunday, September 28  This Sunday, September 28, make sure to stop by following the 10:30 am service to experience the In His Image Sensory Room located in Room 115, Lower Sanctuary. Love Walk and Roll Coming Saturday, October 4, at 10:00 am  All funds raised will support PazNaz's Special Needs Ministries! Walk or roll on Saturday, October 4, at 10:00 am. This year's course features a Crazy Car Wash, a Bubble Blast, a Beach Ball Brigade, a Squirt Gun Squadron, and other fun surprises with lunch and door prizes following. The cost is $20 per child with a max of $39 per family. Please bring a dinner for your child. This event has been created as a Student Ministries fundraiser for Nazarene Youth Conference next summer. Women's Ministries October Birthday Brunch  Each month Women's Ministries wants to celebrate birthdays with a special brunch hosted at Pastor Scott and Debbie Daniels' home.  Ladies, if your birthday is in October, join the group on Saturday, October 11, from 10:30 am-noon and dress for the outdoors. Women in the Word Women in the Word is a Tuesday morning weekly Bible study at 9:30 am in Gilmore Hall with over 100 ladies working through different themes. MOPS Mothers of Preschoolers at PazNaz provides moms with a hot meal, relevant teaching, support, companionship, and fun crafts as their "moppets" (children from birth through kindergarten) enjoy their own activities in a loving environment. This year's theme is Be You Bravely. It will be held on alternating Fridays at 9:15 am in Gilmore Hall. The next meeting will be October 3. Can-Do Kids Club Volunteers Needed If you would like to help reach out to students at Field Elementary school by volunteering to tutor in the afternoons, please contact Steve Wiebe at 626.584.1891. It only takes a couple of hours in the afternoon to help a student. W is for Wednesdays Wednesdays Nights at 6:30 pm Women's Ministries: Girlfriend to Girlfriend Girlfriend to Girlfriend is a book study led by Debbie Daniels and a great place to connect with other women. This fall's topic is Soul Keeping: Caring For the Most Important Part of You by John Ortberg. The health of your soul is the difference between deep, satisfied spirituality and a restless, dispassionate faith. Come rediscover your soul and find your way out of the spiritual shallow-lands to true divine depth. Books will be available the first day of class. There is a $20 fee for materials. Children in grades 1-6 will learn about the Bible as each familiar story takes a totally unexpected- and absolutely wrong- twist.
