will be spiritually equipped and practically trained to start micro-missional communities in an exciting 14-month leadership development program.
The Institute for Missional Wisdom is a non-degree, seminary level program that provides laity and clergy with the theological foundation and practical skills needed for starting and leading micro-communities of contemplative prayer and missional action. The program integrates distance learning technology, experiences and retreats.

Cal-Pac is forming a cohort of nine courageous people who will huddle, learn, dialog and dream for 14 months with IMW, beginning October 2014.

Institute For Missional Wisdom, 14-month intensive (New Ministries EMT)

newsThe Missional Wisdom Foundation in partnership with New Ministries Essential Ministry Team will begin at 14-month intensive starting in October 2014.
This non-degree program provides laity and clergy with the theological foundation and practical skills needed for starting and leading micro-communities of contemplative prayer and missional action. The program integrates distance learning technology, experiences and retreats. Our goal is to help the church be the church.

Participants are required to practice a Rule of Life, regularly attend worship, and participate in a Google Plus small group for spiritual formation (Discipleship Huddle) as well as study and discussion including missional imagination, reading the Bible with missional eyes, creating culture, missional ecclesiology, & launching a missional community. This is a rigorous program of learning and will require participants make time and space for learning and spiritual growth.
Cal-Pac is forming a cohort of nine courageous people who will huddle, learn, dialog & dream for 14-months with IMW, beginning October 2014.
The fee is $1,000 (after a $1,000 scholarship from the New Ministries Essential Ministries Team) and the program is open to special arrangements for payment.
Rev. Dodge is a local church pastor who was part of last year’s IMW cohort, says. “The IMW gave me the tools and a group of like minded committed people to explore the ways the Spirit is alive and working beyond the walls of the church and to competently come alongside what God is already doing to bring the presence of Christ to a hurting world.”
