BECOME A MEMBER
2016 has been a year marked by division, hostility, and conflict.
Faith, race, and politics have been the tools used to interrupt, if not fracture, relationships. Many American Christians are confused by change, suprised by violence and paralyzed by fear. Most are uncertain how the Christian faith intersects with our world’s pain.
Global Immersion is helping the North American Christians get unstuck by forming and activating the Church as an instrument of peace. We’re teaching you how to move toward any and all conflict with the tools of restoration
A national Everyday Peacemaking movement is building and we are in the middle of it. Embers of peace are springing to life, but there is so much more to do.
That is why we are launching the EMBERS Community. EMBERS is a community of active members like you who commit to resourcing the Everyday Peacemakingmovement through monthly investment in Global Immersion. In addition to expanding our reach and increasing our impact in this critical time, your participation in our EMBERS community will continue your own formation as a peacemaker through exclusive access to:
selected pre-release training resources
our international community of Everyday Peacemakers
insider insight on the impact, scale, and ongoing vision of Global Immersion
Here’s how it works.
Give $10/month - receive access to one Global Immersion eCourse/year.
Give $25/month - receive access to an eCourse AND an advanced signed copy of our book, MENDING THE DIVIDES: Creative Love in a Conflicted World (releasing Fall of 2017).
Give $50/month - become a Partner and receive access to an eCourse, an advanced signed copy of MENDING THE DIVIDES: Creative Love in a Conflicted World, AND exclusive access to quarterly behind the scenes insight on impact, scale, and ongoing vision with Jon & Jer.2017 is going to be a critical year for Global Immersion. We have big plans to resource the Everyday Peacemaking movement. Our goal is to reach 150 EMBER community members by the end of the year. Will you further your peacemaking training and make our work possible by joining our EMBERS community?

November Monthly Peace: Gratitude from The Global Immersion Project of San Diego, California, United States "The Monthly Peace: November" for Wednesday, 23 November 2016Gratitude.This month our message is simple. We are grateful to be equipping the North American Church to be Everyday Peacemakers and we are even more grateful to be doing it alongside all of you. It's evident to us that The Global Immersion Project has been breathed to life for this moment in time for our country and world. In this season, what grows hope and gratitude in us is watching the ways that you are blowing on the embers of peace and bringing to life restoration in your neighborhood's, cities, country, and world. You are an essential part of the Everyday Peacemaking movement. Stay tuned for an important announcement and invitation about our movement after Thanksgiving!
As we enter into the hustle and bustle of the holiday season our prayer over you is that you will be instruments of peace and pursuers of others who put on display the extravagant embrace of our enemy loving God.
Here are a couple resources to help you along that journey:

We are GRATEFUL and excited to introduce our newest Global Immersion team member, Kitchie Ranillo! She is our new Administrative Coordinator.
Kitchie Ranillo was born and raised in Oakland, California, but is currently living in the great city of Chicago, IL. She is a California girl at heart but has fallen in love with the Chicago skyline and Midwest seasons. She is also engaged to an amazing man named Tommy and will be getting married to him this coming summer!
She moved to Chicago four years ago to study at North Park University where her heart of peacemaking was ignited. Now that she has graduated, she is overjoyed to bring her administrative talents and passions to the Global Immersion team! She would love to hear from you and is ready to answer any questions you have! You can reach her at kitchie@globalimmerse.org.
