Trinity United Methodist Church Email Daily Scripture Devotion for Friday, 13 June 2014 "The Winter is Past"
For now the winter is past, the rain is over and gone.  The flowers appear on the earth; the time of singing has come (Song 2:11 ,12) 
The seasons come most surely; we count on them, we know summer follows spring and turns into fall.  Just as surely, or more so, do we know with Paul that nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus.  The surest thing in all the world is that God is love, God is for us, God is with us.  God is love, forever and ever.  Amen.  You can stake your life on it!  And your eternal life, too!
