8th - 10th September is a very important weekend for DHG.
We are holding our activity weekend for 16yrs plus - if this is anything like the last one it will be fantastic!
We have our Annual General Meeting on Saturday 9th at 10am. All members welcome - find out more about your group and what we do!
The fun day is also on Saturday 9th - drama, ball skills - meet new friends. This day is for under 16's.
All events take place at Mount Cook Activity Centre in the Peak District - see newsletter for more details.

Has your child ever had a clinical procedure such as a blood test?
My name is Greg Cigan and I am a learning disabilities nurse and PhD student from Edge Hill University.
I am doing a study in North West England to find out about the experiences of families with a child or young person who has a mild to moderate learning disability and has undergone clinical procedures such as blood tests, scans and examinations in hospital and other places.
