Ash Wednesday Service
Wednesday, March 5, at 7:00 pm
Join your PazNaz family for a special Wednesday night service celebrating Ash Wednesday and the start of the Lenten season on March 5 at 7:00 pm in the Sanctuary. Regularly scheduled Wednesday activities will not be held so that you may attend the special service, but they will start again on Wednesday, March 12.
Special Offering for Work & Witness
Help PazNaz Reach the $65,000 Goal!
During the month of March, you will have the opportunity to give a special offering - above your regular tithes and offerings - to help fund PazNaz's Work & Witness Projects in Zambia and Nicaragua. These offerings will provide funds for projects, scholarships, equipment, and more! The goal of $65,000 can be reached if you will pray and give as God directs. Thank you for your generosity.
CPR/First Aid/AED
Certification Training
Saturday, March 8
Do you need to get certified or recertified in CPR, First Aid, or AED? Early Childhood will be hosting a training session in Room 112, Lower Sanctuary on Saturday, March 8, from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. The cost is $45. Lunch will be included. Please RSVP to Rosa Ramirez at rramirez@paznaz.org or 626.351.2424 by Sunday, March 1.
Support Team PazNaz in the LA Marathon
Sunday, March 9
This year, Team PazNaz, a group of 13 people, will be running with Team World Vision in the LA Marathon on Sunday, March 9, to support the Water, Sanitation, & Hygiene programs in Africa. You can participate too by donating to support this amazing program. Donate today by visiting www.goo.gl/DdTuC5. Just $50 provides one person with water for life. Christian Cancer Support Group
Monday, March 10, at 7:00 pm
A group for anyone whose life has been touched by cancer to encourage, inform, share needs, resources, burdens, or just stories; and to pray for each other.Meetings are on the second Monday of each month. Work & Witness: Nicaragua 2014
Deposits Due Sunday, March 16

Annual Church Elections
Sundays, March 16 & 23
On Sundays, March 16 & 23, PazNaz members, age 15 and older, will have the opportunity to elect the church leadership for the coming fiscal year. You may cast your ballot before or after each scheduled service. Sample ballots will be available Sunday, March 9.
Spring Break Palooza!
Every Sunday, March 16 - April 13
Come celebrate spring break with all your PazNaz friends! Every Sunday after the 10:30 am service from March 16 - April 13, Student Ministries will be hosting a fun afternoon activity open to all Jr. High and Sr. High students. The first Spring Break Palooza event will be a trip to John's Incredible Pizza on Sunday, March 16. The cost is $15 and includes lunch. Bring extra spending money if you are interested in playing games. The group will return by 3:30 pm. You won't want to miss out! WCA Spaghetti Lunch & Bake Sale

Join your PazNaz family on Sunday, March 23, after the morning services for a delicious spaghetti lunch, entertainment, and the Annual Choir Bake Sale. Tickets are available on the patio on Sundays for $8/adults and $5/children under 12.
Candy Needed for Eggs-travaganza
Drop your candy off this Sunday!
It's that time of year again! PazNaz needs small individually wrapped candies to stuff inside of eggs for this year's Eggs-travaganza community outreach events at Valley Center (April 12) and PazNaz (April 19). Would you be willing to purchase a bag or two of candy? Drop off containers are located throughout campus. At this time, only candy is needed, and not eggs. Eggs-travaganza Volunteers
