Student Ministries
A Class for High School Seniors and their Parents
Once a month, high school seniors gather on Sunday mornings to talk about transitions and preparing for life after graduation. On Sunday, January 25, high school seniors and their parents are invited to a special class on faith, leaving home, and preparing for young adulthood. This class will take place during the Sunday School hour, 9:15-10:15 am, in Room 302, Upper Sanctuary. Please contact Pastor Drew Vinson atdvinson@paznaz.org or 626.351.2436 for more information.
NYC Meeting
There will be a mandatory meeting for students going to NYC this summer (and their parents) on Sunday, February 1, immediately following the 10:30 am service in Room 132, Meguiar Youth Center. The meeting will last no more than 15-20 minutes. Please plan to attend and contact Pastor Drew at dvinson@paznaz.orgor 626.351.2436 if you have any questions.
Monday Prayer Meetings
Beginning Monday, January 26, at NoonJoin Pastor Darwin Ng on every fourth Monday of the month for a time to praise, pray, and meditate on the goodness of God and intercede for the needs of his people. Rebuilding the Real You
Bible Study
Tuesdays at 9:30 am or Wednesdays at 6:30 pmThis winter, choose from two days and times to study Jack Hayford'sRebuilding the Real You led by Lisa Vitko. This group of men and women will meet in Room 247, Reed Hall on Tuesdays from 9:30-11:30 am or Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 pm. Save the Date!
Women's Ministries' Winter Retreat will be Friday, February 27-Sunday, March 1, at Thousand Pines Camp Ground. This year's speaker is Martha Lawley and the cost is $150. Registration starts Sunday, February 1. For more information, contact Chris McClain at626.318.3029.
February Birthday Brunch 
Each month Women's Ministries celebrates with a special brunch hosted at Pastor Scott and Debbie Daniels' home. Ladies, if your birthday is in February, join the group on Saturday, February 7, from10:30 am-noon and dress for the outdoors. RSVP to Destiny Schreiner at 626.351.2427 before February 4 or stop by the Women's Ministries' cart to sign up.
Women in the Word
This winter, choose from two days and times to study Beth Moore's video series Children of the Day. This group of ladies will meet in Gilmore Hall on Tuesdays from 9:30-11:30 am or on Wednesdays from6:30-8:00 pm. Wee Ones in the Word 
This free children's program runs during Women in the Word and theRebuilding the Real You Bible Study on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 amin Arms Hall. The program highlights "Godly Play" where children from birth through Elementary are taught to wonder, create, and listen to the presence of God. Men's Ministries
Re-New on Wednesdays 
In this seven part series on Wednesdays, the group will take a look at the seven "I AM" statements of Christ found in the book of John. These seven statements reveal Christ's desire for you to break the cycle of mistakes and failed attempts and let him lead the way to fresh starts and renewed strength. Ignite Conference
Saturday, January 31, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pmComing Saturday, January 31, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Los Angeles First Church of the Nazarene (3401 West 3rd Street, Los Angeles, 90020). This free conference includes workshops for adults and children and features Pastor Scott Daniels as keynote speaker. This event is sponsored by the Los Angeles District NMI and Discipleship Boards. Mystery Day 
If you are age 55 or better, come enjoy a day of mystery and discovery on Thursday, February 5, from 9:00 am-3:00 pm. The group will meet at the church upper parking lot and the destination will be revealed when you get on the bus. The trip costs $43 and includes transportation and lunch.
