Pre-conference sessions start on Monday, April 25th. The core conference starts onTuesday, April 26.
On Tuesday night, April 26, the Church of the Nazarene we will be hosting a gathering of the Nazarene Association of Church Planters. This is an open meeting with pizza and fellowship. Everyone is invited.

Conference Theme
Becoming 5 I V E
Becoming Five continues a conversation started in our 2015 theme Spark: Igniting a Culture of Multiplication. Think of Becoming Five as a sequel of sorts that drills down into more detail focusing on how we can each play our part in moving the needle on church multiplication. At Exponential 2016, we’ll roll up our sleeves and look practically at how leaders create healthy multiplication cultures: How do we confront and embrace the tensions that come as we’re trying to establish and develop healthy and powerfully aligned cultures that take churches from where they are to what we’re calling Level 5 multiplying churches.

Pre-Conference: 'Building Capacity' as Leader & Pastor
To be a ‘5 Level’ leader/church it is about a ‘Personal’ and ‘Corporate’ approach. Our desire is to focus on the personal side of this conversation. Maturity (Spiritual Disciplines and our spiritual growth), Ability (What we are learning and developing) Personality (Personal Awareness) will be our M.A.P. for our time together.
As we build leadership capacity in our lives and partner that with a renewed paradigm of how we do church, ministry, and church planting it will give us the greatest potential for becoming the Level 5 leader we desire to be. We will also develop a Personal Action Plan at the end of each session to take home with us. There is no charge for the pre-conference (just let us know if you plan to attend on the registration page).
