Beloved brothers and sisters of the California-Pacific Conference,
I give God thanks for each and every one of you. Your kindness and thoughtfulness are consistent and true, and my family and I have truly felt your love and care in the recent death of my beloved mother, Rebecca. Thank you for the many ways you have walked with us through the dark valley of death. You have been family to us and we could not ask for a better family.
