The Reverend David Dean Rowe, 73, a retired clergy member of the Great Plains United Methodist Conference passed away from cancer on Dec. 30 2015. David was born Sept. 11, 1943. David served Alliance-Lakeside, Auburn, Callaway-Morning Star, Imperial-Lamar, Gering, Cambridge-Bartley-Indianola. Retired in 2009 and moving to Tennessee he was assigned two churches.
He is survived by his beloved wife Linda Irene, 5 daughters and 8 grandchildren. David is preceded in death by his parents John Thomas and Nancy Shook Rowe.
Pastor David's great passion was sharing the Good News of Jesus, preaching, teaching, and telling wonderful stories in over a dozen churches and ministries throughout his career.
Services were held Jan. 6, 2016 at Glenn’s Chapel United Methodist Church of Cool Springs, TN and Jan. 10, 2016 at Thompson Station United Methodist Church.
