In our culture the Easter holiday can be more about fluffy bunnies, lots of candy and the perfectly cooked spiral ham. But the truth of the Easter story is life-changing, perspective-altering and does nothing short of forever impacting everything and everyone who encounters it. In this series, we will look at why the Jesus story of His death and resurrection is so powerful and why this ancient story still matters for us today.

Hello Torrey Pines Church!
I want to thank all of you for the many ways you have jumped in to become involved as volunteers at TPC. Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen an incredible number of people get plugged into new ministry teams, and it has created an unmistakable sense of excitement and enthusiasm at our services. I can’t wait to see the great things God has planned for you and for our church!
I need to make use of this e-blast to address a question that keeps coming up. Over the past few weeks, I’ve had questions about giving and how it all works in light of our recent church merger. The bottom line is this: Your giving still supports Torrey Pines Church! So you can still make your checks out to Torrey Pines Church (or simply “TPC”). Because we are part of a network of churches that have chosen to work together, we have additional giving options that are available to you. Here are the details:
First, you can continue to bring back your tithes and offerings at the weekend services. Whether you’re making a gift with a check or cash, you can simply place that gift in the giving envelope you’ll find in your service program each week. It’s also easy and secure to give via credit or debit card by filling out your card information on the giving envelope. You can place that envelope in the offering during service or just drop it in the mail, because it’s already addressed and the postage is pre-paid.
Another great way to give is via planned giving, which is easy to set up online. Just head to torreypineschurch.org and click on the “give” button at the top right of the screen to enter our online giving system, which is called PushPay. You can make a one-time gift or even schedule your regular giving. And for those of you who prefer to do everything with your smartphone, you can download the PushPay app for Android or iOS mobile devices by visiting the Google Play store or the App Store.

We have two service options on Sunday mornings:
A Traditional Service at 9:00am in The Sanctuary and a
Modern Service at 10:30am in Hashinger Hall.
Kids (birth - 5th grade)Torrey Kids meet in the Berry Center during both services.
Youth (6th-12th grade)Torrey Youth meet at 10:30 am in the Youth Room located in Hashinger Hall.
