Rev. Sheila Taylor, 62, a local pastor with the Great Plains United Methodist Conference born Mar. 15, 1954, passed away Tuesday, May 10th, 2016, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.
Sheila served Mitchell-Hull, Allen-Ponca, Benkelman-Max-Stratton in Nebraska.
Survivors include her husband Gregory of Stratton, Nebraska, children Jamie Connell of Kearney, Nebraska and Sarah Taylor of Kansas City, Missouri.
A Memorial service will be held Saturday, May 28, 2016, 11:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) at the United Methodist Church of Benkelman, 803 Chief St., Benkelman, Nebraska with the Rev. Richard Savage and Rev. Alisa Parde officiating. A private family inurnment will occur at a later date.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials have been established to Camp Norwesca, or the Brain Research Foundation, 111 W. Washington Street, #1710, Chicago, Ill. 60602
