In Memoriam: Shannon Bahk
April 1, 1977 - November 26, 2016 "O Lord, from everlasting to everlasting you are God. Look down upon our sorrowing hearts today, we humbly pray, and be gracious. Help all who mourn to cast every care upon you, and find comfort, through Jesus Christ our Lord."
With deep sympathy and prayers, we share news of the passing of Shannon Bahk of our congregation.
Shannon passed from this life on Saturday, November 26 in Los Angeles, where she spent the last few months of her life.
Shannon joined Redondo Beach First in December 2007. She loved music and had a passion for working with children and youth. Shannon had a special place in her heart for those with special needs.
Shannon was a life-long Methodist who found so much meaning in worship and fellowship with her church family.
Her family is having a service this Thursday, December 1, at 3:00pm at Green Hills Memorial Park, 27501 South Western Avenue, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275. Rev. Robert English is presiding.
