Do One Thing for People in Need*
Suggestions from the UMC Prayer Community:

1. Pray for the mission of the United Methodist Church to reach out to those outside the church.
2. As a family, let each member use some of his or her own money to buy socks to donate to a shelter for people who are homeless.
3. Skip snacks for a week and donate the money you would have spent to a food bank.
4. Pray for those who work with people in your community who don’t have homes.
5. Pray for the members of the Commission on a Way Forward
