- Meet Chelsea Peugh -
Chelsea is the Call Coordinator
Rev. Chelsea Peugh grew up in Glendora, CA and went to PLNU where she earned a Bachelors in Bible and Christian Ministries in 2006. She also received her Master's Degree in Christian Education with an emphasis in Youth Ministry at Azusa Pacific University in 2010. Chelsea was ordained in the Nazarene Church as an Elder in 2015. She currently serves as Associate Pastor at Mount Carmel Church of the Nazarene in San Diego alongside her husband, Jeremy who serves as the Lead Pastor. Her passion is connecting with people on a deep level and sharing/hearing stories of God's goodness and faithfulness. She considers it a privilege to serve the Lord on the Southwest Field Council and to lead the Calling Initiative.

A few fun facts about Chelsea...
Q: Who is your Hero?
A: My husband, Jeremy, is God's greatest gift to me. He is humble, kind and someone who has shown me God's unconditional love even when I am at my worst.
Q: What are your Hobbies?
A: I love having people in our home, making and eating desserts, and going on adventures with my husband and two kids!
Q: If I was an animal, what would I be and why?
A: This is a hard question! Maybe a dolphin? I like that they are joyful and full of life.
Q: If you had to describe yourself using three words, it would be?
A: Energetic, Outgoing and Genuine

As you know, Elev8 has grown significantly over the last 5 years. We love the event and the chance we get every year to see students and leaders from across the Southwest NYI Field. It is encouraging to see how God continues to use this event to reach us all.

The Southwest Field NYI and Point Loma Nazarene University have partnered together to provide a very special retreat for Pastors' Kids (PK's) who are between the grades of 7 and 12.
Cost: $99 if registered by June 15
$109 if registered after June 15

The Southwest Field NYI and Point Loma Nazarene University have partnered together to provide an event in which students and young adults can further develop their calling. Throughout the weekend, we will visit a variety of ministries, exploring the many ways in which people are practicing faithful obedience to God.

On Sept. 15 Anaheim NYI, LA NYI, PLNU and Pasadena Church of the Nazarene will be hosting Growing Young in Spanish.
