Prayer Requests for Friday, 29 June 2018 E-mail from The Office Manager of The Owego First Church of the Nazarene in Owego, New York, United States
Dear beloved Prayer Partners, the following requests for prayer have come in, thank you always for your continued faithfulness. Blessings.
Prayer Request from Nancy Kemp:
"Our son-in-law's good friend in Texas flew to Mexico to pick up a plane on May 27 and has not been heard from since. Pray for his safe return or least to hear something. Thank You"
Prayer Request from Jeanne Worden:
"Byron was admitted to the Wilson Hospital this afternoon. He was scheduled for a procedure to review his arteries for blockage. During the procedure there were 4 wires inserted, of which one punctured an artery. The doctors are not overly concerned, but felt he should be monitored during the night.
The Doctors did find 4 'spots' on one main artery which equated to a 50% blockage. They will continue to monitor him and watch for any raise in the percentage of blockage; which may result in a By-pass. Prayers, please, for a good night and that his arteries remain as healthy as they currently are. Thank You"

Dear Congregation,
Join us this Sunday for the message Blessed to Bless, from Genesis 12:1-4
Genesis 12:1 Now Adonai said to Avram, “Get yourself out of your country, away from your kinsmen and away from your father’s house, and go to the land that I will show you. 2 I will make of you a great nation, I will bless you, and I will make your name great; and you are to be a blessing. 3 I will bless those who bless you, but I will curse anyone who curses you; and by you all the families of the earth will be blessed.”
4 So Avram went, as Adonai had said to him, and Lot went with him. Avram was 75 years old when he left Haran.
