CHURCH IN THE PARK – Remember or don’t forget...either way if you come to Gateway on Sunday July 1st we won’t be there. The gate will be closed, the alarm will set, a virtual guard will be posted and you will see a big sign that says we are at we Copper Canyon Park. So, at 10:00 AM plan to attend this day of worship together and stay for a picnic afterwards. Last year we had a great turnout and we enjoyed it so much, we decided to do it again this year.VBS IS 3 WEEKS AWAY! - We need your help in various areas and in various ways. Please be sure to register online if you are going to be helping. We are also in need of specific items so please be sure you stop by the palm tree display that will be in the foyer to see what you can donate. Thank you in advance for ALL the ways that you will help and give to VBS 2018 at Gateway Church!
Lite Night - July 21st 5:20pm - Join us for a night of worship specifically designed around light. "The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." John 1:5 We will experience Christ's light through worship, the reading of God's Word, and fellowship with others. After service is a hot dog BBQ and a campfire with s'mores! VBS kids are performing and we can all play flashlight tag. It's gonna be lit!
MEN’S BIBLE STUDY—The Men’s Bible Study on Saturday mornings starts at 7:00 am in the Coffee House. They are currently studying John. Men of all ages are welcome to come and study with them, pray with them and then go out for breakfast together. Hector Rivera is leading the study at this time and might be buying breakfast so to speak. For any questions please contact Hector at 951-677-6112
CHRISTMAS PROGRAM—Rehearsals for this year's Christmas Program will begin August 2nd at 6:30 pm in the sanctuary. This is going to be an awesome program if you like awesome programs.
What NO E-News? – Watsamaddayou! – Sorry fans, but due to Russian meddling in our affairs and since we feel our communications have been compromised, we will discontinue the E-News communiqué and all press releases until July 9th. We had to draw a red line somewhere. Additional details are classified but know that we will begin COO hearings in early July after we have had a chance to review all of Pastor Kevin’s and Pastor Bowman’s emails which we found in the basement executive restroom. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this trying time. Until then you may want to turn to the HAWK news report (HNR) for daily updates and wire taps.
Actually, we are shutting down for about 10 days for repairs and upgrade.
