IMAGINE NO MALARIA ~ OUR FAITH IN ACTION FROM THE CALIFORNIA PACIFIC UNITED METHODIST CONFERENCE

Lenten Resources Available for Download

It may seem like Advent ended yesterday, but it's time to begin preparing for Lent. Visitwww.buzzkills.net/lent to start planning a Lenten season with Imagine No Malaria. Our sacrificial giving calendar and Lenten guide will help you lead your community in a season devoted to giving those who truly need our support and appreciating the things that we often take for granted.

World Malaria Day will come less than a week after Easter this year! Download bulletin inserts to use throughout Lent and to use as invitations for dedicated members of your community and those who will worship with you for the first time on Easter.

What actions will your congregation take to reach out to the larger community on World Malaria Day to advocate for global health? Be part of the Conference-wide Pancake Breakfast, April 25-27, 2014, or take a look at our activities and events guide to organize something a little different.

Need help with your church's Imagine No Malaria efforts?

District and Mission Area Coordinators can ask questions, provide resources, assist with advertising and outreach and lend a helping hand. Read Rev. Dr. Krista Givens letter to Hawaii District churches here.
