This local documentary follows the life of Tony, a San Diego native who finds himself unemployed and ultimately living on the streets.
Director Dennis Stein interviews politicians, agency leaders and homeless advocates in San Diego and other cities to learn what’s being done locally and nationally to address the problem.

Normal Heights United Methodist Church in San Diego, California, United States with Senior Pastor, Reverend Brent Ross, for Wednesday, 15 November 2017 "You're Invited! Tony: The Movie • THIS SUNDAY @4:30 pm"

THIS Sunday, November 19th, we will be hosting a screening of Tony: The Movie. The documentary follows the life of Tony, a man who finds himself living on the streets of San Diego, trying to survive. This film is getting a lot of attention here in San Diego (the director, Dennis Stein, and Tony are both from the area) and the movie will be followed by a Q&A session with both Dennis & Tony. We will be screening the film here in the sanctuary, and inviting everyone from the neighborhood to attend so we can have a constructive and compassionate conversation about those who end up living in unsheltered circumstances.
The film will be on Sunday, Nov 19th with a gathering time of 4:30pm. The film will feature from 5:00-6:00pm, followed by an hour of questions and answers until 7:00pm.
