All Church Potluck – Sunday April 29th immediately following the 2nd Service (about 12:30). This is what church family is all about. Try to find somebody you don’t know and break some bread and make a brand-new life-long friend. We have been running a little short on cuisine the last couple of times so everyone bring something but add little more for the Pastoral Staff; if you know what I mean…wink, wink. You will leave happier than you came…guaranteed.

Annual Faith Promise Dinner – Hey, last week I said that the FP Dinner was swiftly approaching! Today it is approaching with even more swiftness. Your name is NOT on the list so “Just do It! It will be held on Sunday, May 6th, at 5:30 P.M. Fritz Desir from the Family Life Orphanage near Port- Au-Prince, Haiti will be sharing with us again with updates and how God has worked at the orphanage since last year. Look for the insert in Sunday's bulletin that lists the things we'll be collecting for the children.
Since dinner will be provided, it is essential for those who would like to attend the Faith Promise Dinner, to sign up this week, so enough food will be prepared. For questions, call Fredda Koupal at (951)600-0890 and her Executive Assistant will be happy to take your questions and your answers.
So Ca District Assembly 2018 - Attention: If you're going to both days of the So Ca District Assembly 2018, here is the website to use to sign up for a room/and or food at Point Loma Nazarene University:
http://www.socalnaz.com - Then go to 'events' and click on 'District Assembly 2018'. Then go to 'registration' link. Register for what is needed and submit. Payment and registration should be made online by May 25.
This is just for overnight housing, not for the Assembly business sessions.

BILL & THERESA GRIGORY DEPUTATION SERVICE - They will be here at Gateway on Thursday, May 10th at 5:30 pm for a deputation service and a Pot Luck. Plan to join us for an update on their ministry and to catch up with what’s happening in their lives. For additional details check the Sunday Bulletin. Information on the Pot Luck will be in next week’s bulletin.
YOUTH SUMMER CAMPS— Theme this year is: LOVE IS… The dates are:
Junior High—July 23rd to July 27th—at Pine Valley Christian Conference Center
Senior High—July 29th to Aug 2nd—Palomar Mountain Christian Camp
Cost is $320 per person and needs to be paid before June 17th.
