New Research Balancing a job and caring for an adult family member with a serious illness or disability is a growing reality for working families and for employers in today's workplace. Using data from the Caregiving in the U.S. 2015 survey, Lynn Friss Feinberg of the AARP Public Policy Institute highlights the impact of dual pressures of paid work and family caregiving.
