The Rev. Gregory F. Hall, 65, a clergy of the Great Plains United Methodist Conference died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, at Lakeside Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska, he was born Sept. 26, 1951 in McCook, Nebraska to Merle “Bud” and Ruth (Hinton) Hall.
Greg married Cindy Miller on Sept. 3, 1977 in Curtis, Nebraska. He attended Saint Paul School of Theology and served these churches in Nebraska: Loup Cooperative Parish, Alder Grove-Craig, Fremont Calvary-Hooper-North Bend, Fremont First-Calvary-Hooper, Fremont First.
Greg is survived by his wife Cindy, 3025 Snead Dr., Fremont, NE 68025; sons, Travis Hall and Cullen (Tuesday) Hall; daughter, Aime (David) Hennings.
The funeral service will be Saturday, Feb. 18 at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, 815 N. Broad St., Fremont, Nebraska. The Rev. Michael McGregor and the Rev. Ron Croom will officiate. Visitation will be Friday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. with family receiving friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7 p.m. at Moser Memorial Chapel, 2170 N. Somers Ave., Fremont, Nebraska. Visitation will continue Saturday one hour prior to the service at the church.
Memorials may be directed to Fremont First UMC, Nebraska Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI) or Dodge County Humane Society.
