Rekindling a prophetic moral vision for justice, social change and movement building
THIS TUESDAY: JOIN US FOR A DIGITAL TOWN HALL FEATURING NORTH CAROLINA YOUTH
Young people, students, have always been the life-blood of progressive movements in this country. This generation, this work, and this movement is where I hope young people find ourselves centered, bringing about that passion, that energy.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, June 26th at 6pm ET, we invite you to join Poor People's Campaign: A National Call for Moral Revival youth organizers from North Carolina – Anita Simha, Ethan Blumenthal, Matt Norchi, Rebekah Barber, Sunny Osment, Tyler Swanson, Zainab Baloch, and myself in a town hall report back on the #40DaysOfAction, and what we can look forward to next from our campaign's young people.
RSVP at the link below to join us in the Zoom Call tomorrow, and watch and share my video on why I'm committed to building an intergenerational movement to fight systemic racism, poverty, the war economy, and ecological devastation.
The digital town hall will also be live-streamed on the Poor People's Campaign Facebook and website at 6pm ET.
Support our local and national organizing.
