Big Splash is Here!

This weekend we are celebrating Big Splash Weekend all across our EastLake Church Network. We will be reminded of all of the waves we've made around our community and the world through the Cannonball Generosity Initiative. This weekend is also a chance to jump in if you aren't already, catch up with your commitments if you need to, and maybe even get ahead on your giving. This weekend will be a springboard into our next wave of projects that will make a difference in the lives of those in our churches, communities, cities and around the globe! Please be praying for your next step in Cannonball and let's see our collective Big Splash! Pastor James breaks it all down for you right here:

We've got a lot of fun things planned this weekend. Our EastLake Kids will have water games and activities (so dress your kids to get wet!). EastLake Students have events for both our High School students (after party following Saturday night service from 7pm-8:30pm) and 678 students (Saturday night pre-party before service from 4-5:30pm).
And of course we won't leave the adults out of the fun! Join us all weekend for a few surprises during our Patio Party!
Final Weekend of The Problem of God
This series has created such great dialog about the big questions of life and faith. We have loved being on this journey with you as we tackle these issues head on. Join us this weekend as we wrap up the series with the question: Does God Care About Sex?Invite a friend, or your mom, just to make things awkward! See you this weekend!

New Pastor at Torrey Pines Church!

A special welcome to Mingo Palacios and family as Mingo was installed as the new lead pastor at Torrey Pines Church. They join us from Saddleback Church in Orange County and were previously at the Rock Church in Point Loma. We are so excited for this new chapter at Torrey Pines. Join us in praying for Mingo and the Torrey family!

Bible Study Fellowship

Begins September 12BSF (Bible Study Fellowship) uses a four-fold approach to study the Holy Scripture. Only by knowing God and applying His truth can we be fully alive, fully human and fully relational. BSF will take place on Wednesday evenings at 6:40pm. More info here.(Starting September 12)
